Apple launches MacBook Pro with M2 Pro and M2 Max SoCs and Mac mini: India price, specs

On Tuesday, Apple revealed the M2 Pro and M2 Max-equipped 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models. These are Apple’s newest silicon processors, which among other things, tout outstanding performance, battery life, and power efficiency. Apple said the M2 Pro and M2 Max processors in the new MacBook Pro models produce effects 6 times faster.  Apple also introduced the new Mac mini with the M2 and M2 Pro. Price and availability for the MacBook Pro M2 Pro and M2 Max, Mac mini M2 and M2 Pro in India

The new 14-inch MacBook Pro with M2 Pro costs Rs 1,99,900, and the 16-inch costs Rs 2,49,900. The 14-inch and 16-inch M2 Max MacBook Pro models have price tags of Rs 3,09,900 and Rs 3,49,900, respectively. The laptop comes in two colors: silver and space gray. Today, January 17, orders for the new MacBook Pro models can be placed at apple.com/in/store. Beginning on January 24, users can purchase them from authorized resellers.

The base price of the M2 Mac mini is Rs 59,900, while the M2 Pro model is Rs 1,29,900. The item may be ordered starting today and will appear in stores on January 24.

14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models with M2 Pro and M2 Max

The MacBook Pro can now provide up to 22 hours of battery life thanks to the new M2 Pro and M2 Max CPUs. Additionally, the new MacBook Pro has improved HDMI that supports 8K screens and Wi-Fi 6E, which is up to twice as fast as the previous model. The M2 Max variant offers unified memory of up to 96GB. According to the manufacturer, the 14-inch and 16-inch models have Liquid Retina XDR displays, a wide range of networking options, a 1080p FaceTime HD camera, a six-speaker sound system, and studio-grade microphones.

With the new Mac mini, you can do high-performance workflows with the M2 and M2 Pro processors. Also, the Mac mini now has better connections and more unified memory. It can work with up to three screens on the M2 Pro model and two displays on the M2 model.
